Appointed December 1, 2025 with a mandate to reposition Zentek as a coherent deep science platform company, clarify the investment thesis, and execute across three platforms simultaneously. Background in technology and capital markets. Leading the Albany FBR commercialisation pathway, ZenGUARD™ US market development, Triera CRO launch, and capital structure initiatives.
Chief Financial Officer · Financial reporting and capital structure
Oversees financial reporting under IFRS, capital allocation across the three platforms, investor financial communications, and the current capital structure initiatives. Responsible for reconciliation of all financial figures prior to external disclosures, including the company's obligations as a foreign private issuer.
SVP Strategy & Business Development
Leads investor relations, strategic communications, and partnership development across all three platforms. Primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and strategic partners. Coordinates across Albany, our graphene platform, and Triera on commercial development activities.
R&D Director · Research programs
Leads internal and external R&D activities across our graphene platform and biosciences platforms. Oversees research supply procurement, laboratory operations at the Guelph facility, and collaboration with the McMaster University research team. Primary technical contact for graphene platform CRO engagements and Triera diagnostic development programs.
VP Development · NI 43-101 Qualified Person
Designated Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101 — responsible for technical oversight and sign-off of all technical content relating to the Albany Graphite deposit prior to external distribution. Oversees the updated PEA program, environmental baseline work, and Indigenous engagement.
