(“Brisco”) to provide investor relations and marketing services. Brisco, a western Canadian firm founded by Scott Koyich, will initiate and maintain contact with the financial community, shareholders, investors and other stakeholders for the purpose of increasing awareness of the Company and its activities. The Calgary based firm takes a full service approach and provides creative, effective investor relations programs for Canadian public companies.

The agreement is effective immediately and may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. Brisco will receive a monthly fee of $7,500 and is being granted 100,000 stock options. The options follow the guidelines as set out in the Company’s stock option plan and as set by TSX Venture Exchange. The consulting agreement and the options granted thereby are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
